The Ripple Fitness Bootcamps (Rip Fit Bootcamps) have been designed to give participants the ultimate workout. Each training session integrates diverse and dynamic exercise regimes and innovative activities.

 

The program is designed to physically and mentally challenge people on an individual and team oriented level. They are designed to take clients another step closer towards improving their personal health and fitness, achieving their goals and continually improving their overall results.


Our Rip Fit Trainers will provide continual motivation and support to help people achieve their goals and more importantly accomplish results.


The exercises and activities conducted in each training session will focus on enhancing: core stability, cardiovascular endurance, muscle hypertrophy, muscular endurance, strength & conditioning and toning.

 

Each training session is comprised of diverse activities and exercises, so that you can concentrate on enhancing the areas in which you wish to achieve maximum results.
