Questions you should ask
before signing up with a Rip Fit Trainer...
Q. Are the programs pre-written or are they tailored to MY specific goals?
A. Your program is designed using our customised training model. Our Customised model involves exercises and drills that replicate the movements you make in everyday life and the specific sport you play. Customising your program not only makes you stronger and more powerful for those types of movements, but it will also help to prevent the common injuries associated with daily living and exercise.
Q. How do I know that the programs are effective?
A. Your programs will continually challenge and motivate you with new exercises. Plus, when you learn a new training technique, your body gets stronger through activating new neural pathways in your nervous system. This means that your body will be able to adapt to all kinds of situations.
Q. Can’t I just join a gym and train on my own?
A. Yes, you can. However..
You will find training with us to be more effective because we are just as committed to your training and goals as you are. Also, because you do not have to share the equipment or get there to find equipment you need is broken-down, you will get more results from each and every training session.
Q. Are the trainers qualified and professional?
A. You will be working with a trainer who has extensive training and experience to ensure your training is of the highest standard. Without the appropriate trainers, the greatest program could result in only average gains. Trainers are not only there to ensure your safety, but also to educate and motivate you to get the best possible results.
Q. Is my program designed using the best available methodology?
A. Your training program utilises the best methods found through years of research and study. This research makes sure that we know the best way to get results out of your body.
Q. How do I know this training program is working for me?
A. Testing your strength, speed, cardio-vascular endurance, anthropometric measurements through scientifically accurate equipment before and after you train eliminates any guesswork. The pre-testing will give a clear prognosis of where you’re at now. It will also help to determine the design of your training program. Then, after training, you will go through the identical testing format. The results of the post test will show you precisely how much you have improved.
Q. What if I am in the small % of people who get injured while training?
A. If you are in the small (0.0001%) that have hurt themselves, we are fully backed by a Fitness Australia insurance company. You are fully insured for both liability and indemnity for all of our services.
