Nutrition Analysis -  An analysis of the food your body is taking in daily. We look at how many calories you are consuming on a daily basis and how many calories you need to cut out/take in to achieve your goal weight

Fitness Testing -  An analysis of your current fitness level. We access strength, upper body power, lower body power, flexibility, muscular endurance and cardio-vascular endurance. We access these values 4 times a year so you can see the massive improvements made

Goal Setting Session -  In this session, we look at ALL the goals you want to achieve in your life. We then go into depth on the health and fitness goals you want to achieve. We work through a process going through step by step on how you can achieve these goals

Lasting Change Session -  Ever wondered why we commit to something but never follow through? Well not anymore... The lasting change session is designed to smash through any negative beliefs in the past you've had about exercise and install new beliefs for the rest of your life! This is about lasting change and making exercise apart of your everyday life!

Body Testing -  An extensive assessment of your current physique. We take a range of basic anthropometric measurements including, height, weight and Body Mass Index. We then take advanced measurements on specific areas of the body including upper arm, thigh, waist, and hip measurements. Lastly, using Bioeletrical Impedance Assessment, we access the percentage of Fat Mass and Fat Free Mass within your body. This allows us to determine how much of your body is made up of Fat and Lean Muscle Mass

Nutrition Assessment -  The Nutrition Assessment includes a detailed analysis of the exact food going into your body. We access your daily, weekly and monthly eating regime and look to find and correct poor eating habits. In particular, we look at WHAT you're eating and look to SUGGEST alternative foods to supplement any poor eating habits

Rip Fit MASTER Training Manual - The Rip Fit MASTER manual contains over 100 different exercises with specific instructions and photographs on how to complete them whilst training by yourself.
